What is inside
- Who takes the kids Assign Mum, Dad, Grandma — or several people together. Every person has a colour, so the tile shows at a glance who drives whom.
- Once, weekly, monthly, yearly Add swimming once and it repeats every Tuesday. Plans changed? Swap the person or cancel just one day without touching the series.
- Reminders on the right phone From 15 minutes to a day before — on the phones of the people in charge, not everybody's.
- Week and month view Plan the coming week or look at the whole month, and filter the plan down to a single person.
- Shopping list Over 700 ready-made products in 25 supermarket aisles, added with one tap. Favourites and “My lists” for the regular weekly shop.
- Shared with the family Pair phones with an 8-character code or a QR code. The shopping list and the plan update on every paired phone in real time.
- No account, no sign-in Nothing to register. On its own the app keeps everything on your phone; sharing is optional.
- Three languages, dark mode English, Polish and German — product names included. Light or dark, as you like.
Privacy, without asterisks
Without sharing, your plan, people and shopping list stay on your phone. If you pair phones, the shared list and plan are stored in Google Firebase (Warsaw region) so the family can see them — with an anonymous phone identifier, never your name or e-mail.
The internet is otherwise needed only for the ads that pay for the app. Planimo Premium is a one-time purchase that removes them and the limit on “My lists”. No subscription.
