What the app stores on your device

• The shopping list, your regular lists (“My lists”) and favourite products
• The plan: the people you add (a name you choose and a colour), activities (name, day, time, note, who is in charge, reminder), and one-off changes such as “cancelled this week”
• Which person is “me” on this phone — this choice is never shared
• Settings: language, dark mode, week or month view
• Whether you bought Premium, and two counters used to decide when to ask for a rating

All of it lives in a local database and local preferences. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it. The built-in product catalogue ships inside the app.

Shared list and plan (Google Firebase) — only if you pair phones

In Settings → Shared list and plan you can create a shared list or join one with an 8-character code or QR code. When you do:

• The shopping list, “My lists”, the people in the plan (names and colours), the activities and their one-day changes are stored in Google Cloud Firestore (Firebase), in the europe-central2 region (Warsaw, Poland).
• The phone signs in to Firebase anonymously: Firebase gives it a random identifier. We never learn your name, e-mail or phone number. Connecting to Firebase also means Google processes the phone's IP address, as with any internet service.
• Only phones that joined with the code can read or change the shared data. The code is the invitation — share it only with people you want in your list and plan.
• Favourites, the “me” choice and your settings stay on each phone and are not shared.

Leaving. “Disconnect this phone” keeps a copy of the list and plan on your phone and stops syncing. The other phones keep the shared copy. To have a shared list removed from the server completely, write to us (contact below) and include its code.

Firebase is provided by Google, which processes this data on our behalf: Privacy and Security in Firebase.

QR code scanner

Scanning a pairing QR code uses the Google Play services code scanner. It runs inside Google Play services, which handles the camera; Planimo only receives the decoded code and has no camera permission of its own.

Reminders

Activity reminders are worked out on your phone and scheduled with the Android alarm system. No server is involved. On a shared plan, each phone calculates its own reminders from the shared activities.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version shows banner ads at the bottom of the shopping list, “My lists” and the planner, and native ads between products in the catalogue. They are served by Google AdMob. To do that, the AdMob SDK can collect and send to Google:

• your device's advertising identifier (a resettable ID, not your name)
• approximate location, which Google derives from your IP address
• ad interactions — that an ad was shown, and whether it was tapped
• diagnostics about the SDK's own errors

The app never sends your list, plan, people or activities to the ad SDK. Google is an independent controller of the ad data. Its policies:

• How Google uses data from apps that use its services

Consent. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the app shows a Google-certified consent form the first time it runs. If you decline personalised ads, you still see ads, but non-personalised ones. You can change your mind at any time in Settings → Ad privacy settings.

US state privacy rights. We do not sell personal information for money. Under the laws of California and several other US states, showing a personalised ad can count as “sharing” data for targeted advertising. Where those rules apply you can opt out in Settings → Ad privacy settings; opting out removes the targeting, not the ads.

Resetting the identifier. Android lets you reset or delete the advertising ID: Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact path varies by manufacturer).

Planimo Premium (Google Play Billing)

Premium is a one-time purchase handled by Google Play: no ads and no limit on “My lists”. We never see your payment details — the app only learns whether Premium is owned. The purchase is tied to your Google account, so it returns after a reinstall. With Premium the app requests no ads and shows no consent form.

Rating the app

From time to time the app may open Google Play's own rating window. Google shows it and handles your rating; the app sends nothing and receives nothing back.

There is no location, contacts, microphone or camera permission.

No analytics, no crash reporting

Beyond the ad SDK and the optional Firebase sync described above, the app contains no analytics SDK and no crash-reporting SDK. Nobody — including the developer — receives information about how you use the app.

Android backup

Android's own backup (Settings → Google → Backup) may copy this app's data to your Google Drive, encrypted, along with your other apps. This is a platform feature, not something the app sends: the data goes to your own Google account, and only if backup is switched on. You can turn it off in Android settings.

Your rights

Data on your phone is under your control: delete items in the app or uninstall it. For the shared list and plan stored in Firebase you can ask us for access or deletion — write to the address below and include the share code, because the code is the only way to find a list (we hold no names or e-mails). You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in Poland: UODO).

Children

Planimo is made for parents and other adults who organise children's activities. It is not directed at children, is not part of the Designed for Families programme and contains ads.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.

Co aplikacja zapisuje w telefonie

• Listę zakupów, stałe listy („Moje listy”) i ulubione produkty
• Plan: dodane osoby (wybrane przez Ciebie imię i kolor), zajęcia (nazwa, dzień, godzina, notatka, kto się zajmuje, przypomnienie) i zmiany jednego dnia, np. „odwołane w tym tygodniu”
• Którą osobą jesteś na tym telefonie („To ja”) — tego wyboru nigdy się nie udostępnia
• Ustawienia: język, tryb ciemny, widok tygodnia lub miesiąca
• Czy kupiono Premium oraz dwa liczniki, od których zależy prośba o ocenę

Wszystko to leży w lokalnej bazie i ustawieniach. Odinstalowanie aplikacji usuwa całość. Katalog produktów jest wbudowany w aplikację.

Wspólna lista i plan (Google Firebase) — tylko po sparowaniu telefonów

W Ustawienia → Wspólna lista i plan możesz założyć wspólną listę albo dołączyć do niej 8-znakowym kodem lub kodem QR. Wtedy:

• Lista zakupów, „Moje listy”, osoby w planie (imiona i kolory), zajęcia i ich zmiany jednego dnia są zapisywane w Google Cloud Firestore (Firebase), w regionie europe-central2 (Warszawa).
• Telefon loguje się do Firebase anonimowo: Firebase nadaje mu losowy identyfikator. Nie poznajemy Twojego imienia, e-maila ani numeru telefonu. Połączenie z Firebase oznacza też, że Google przetwarza adres IP telefonu, jak przy każdej usłudze internetowej.
• Wspólne dane może czytać i zmieniać tylko telefon, który dołączył kodem. Kod jest zaproszeniem — przekazuj go tylko osobom, które mają widzieć listę i plan.
• Ulubione, wybór „To ja” i ustawienia zostają w każdym telefonie i nie są udostępniane.

Odłączenie. „Odłącz ten telefon” zostawia kopię listy i planu w telefonie i kończy synchronizację. Pozostałe telefony zachowują wspólną kopię. Jeśli chcesz, żeby wspólna lista zniknęła z serwera całkiem, napisz do nas (kontakt niżej) i podaj jej kod.

Firebase dostarcza Google, które przetwarza te dane w naszym imieniu: Prywatność i bezpieczeństwo w Firebase.

Skaner kodów QR

Skanowanie kodu QR do parowania korzysta ze skanera Usług Google Play. Działa on wewnątrz Usług Google Play, które obsługują aparat; Planimo dostaje tylko odczytany kod i nie ma własnego uprawnienia do aparatu.

Przypomnienia

Przypomnienia o zajęciach są liczone w telefonie i ustawiane w systemowych budzikach Androida, bez żadnego serwera. Przy wspólnym planie każdy telefon liczy swoje przypomnienia ze wspólnych zajęć.

Reklamy (Google AdMob)

Darmowa wersja pokazuje banery na dole listy zakupów, „Moich list” i planera oraz reklamy natywne między produktami w katalogu. Wyświetla je Google AdMob. W tym celu SDK AdMob może zbierać i przesyłać do Google:

• identyfikator reklamowy urządzenia (do zresetowania, to nie Twoje imię)
• przybliżoną lokalizację, którą Google wyznacza z adresu IP
• interakcje z reklamą — że reklama się wyświetliła i czy ją kliknięto
• diagnostykę błędów samego SDK

Aplikacja nigdy nie przekazuje do SDK reklam Twojej listy, planu, osób ani zajęć. Google jest niezależnym administratorem danych reklamowych. Jego zasady:

• Polityka prywatności Google
• Jak Google wykorzystuje dane z aplikacji korzystających z jego usług

Zgoda. W EOG, Wielkiej Brytanii i Szwajcarii przy pierwszym uruchomieniu aplikacja pokazuje certyfikowany przez Google formularz zgody. Jeśli odmówisz reklam spersonalizowanych, nadal zobaczysz reklamy, ale niespersonalizowane. Zdanie możesz zmienić w każdej chwili: Ustawienia → Ustawienia prywatności reklam.

Reset identyfikatora. Android pozwala zresetować albo usunąć identyfikator reklamowy: Ustawienia → Prywatność → Reklamy (dokładna ścieżka zależy od producenta).

Planimo Premium (Google Play)

Premium to jednorazowy zakup obsługiwany przez Google Play: bez reklam i bez limitu „Moich list”. Nie widzimy danych płatności — aplikacja dowiaduje się tylko, czy Premium jest kupione. Zakup jest przypisany do konta Google, więc wraca po ponownej instalacji. Z Premium aplikacja nie pobiera reklam i nie pokazuje formularza zgody.

Ocena aplikacji

Od czasu do czasu aplikacja może otworzyć okno oceny Google Play. Pokazuje je i obsługuje Google; aplikacja niczego nie wysyła i niczego nie dostaje.

Aplikacja nie ma uprawnień do lokalizacji, kontaktów, mikrofonu ani aparatu.

Bez analityki i raportów awarii

Poza opisanym SDK reklam i dobrowolną synchronizacją przez Firebase aplikacja nie ma SDK analitycznego ani raportowania awarii. Nikt — także twórca — nie dostaje informacji o tym, jak korzystasz z aplikacji.

Kopia zapasowa Androida

Systemowa kopia zapasowa (Ustawienia → Google → Kopia zapasowa) może kopiować dane tej aplikacji na Twój Dysk Google, zaszyfrowane, razem z innymi aplikacjami. To funkcja Androida, nie wysyłka z aplikacji: dane trafiają na Twoje własne konto Google i tylko wtedy, gdy kopia jest włączona. Możesz ją wyłączyć w ustawieniach Androida.

Twoje prawa

Dane w telefonie są pod Twoją kontrolą: usuń pozycje w aplikacji albo ją odinstaluj. W sprawie wspólnej listy i planu zapisanych w Firebase możesz poprosić o dostęp lub usunięcie — napisz na adres poniżej i podaj kod listy, bo tylko po kodzie da się ją znaleźć (nie mamy imion ani e-maili). Masz też prawo złożyć skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).

Dzieci

Planimo jest dla rodziców i innych dorosłych, którzy organizują zajęcia dzieci. Nie jest skierowane do dzieci, nie należy do programu „Dla rodzin” i zawiera reklamy.

Zmiany

Jeśli polityka się zmieni, zmieni się też data na górze.

Was die App auf dem Gerät speichert

• Die Einkaufsliste, feste Listen („Meine Listen“) und Lieblingsprodukte
• Den Plan: die Personen, die du hinzufügst (ein selbst gewählter Name und eine Farbe), Aktivitäten (Name, Tag, Uhrzeit, Notiz, wer zuständig ist, Erinnerung) und einmalige Änderungen wie „diese Woche abgesagt“
• Welche Person auf diesem Handy „ich“ bist — diese Wahl wird nie geteilt
• Einstellungen: Sprache, Dunkelmodus, Wochen- oder Monatsansicht
• Ob Premium gekauft wurde, und zwei Zähler, nach denen um eine Bewertung gebeten wird

Alles liegt in einer lokalen Datenbank und lokalen Einstellungen. Beim Deinstallieren wird alles gelöscht. Der Produktkatalog ist in die App eingebaut.

Gemeinsame Liste und Plan (Google Firebase) — nur nach dem Koppeln

Unter Einstellungen → Gemeinsame Liste und Plan kannst du eine gemeinsame Liste anlegen oder ihr mit einem 8-stelligen Code oder QR-Code beitreten. Dann gilt:

• Einkaufsliste, „Meine Listen“, die Personen im Plan (Namen und Farben), die Aktivitäten und ihre Änderungen für einzelne Tage werden in Google Cloud Firestore (Firebase) gespeichert, Region europe-central2 (Warschau, Polen).
• Das Handy meldet sich anonym bei Firebase an: Firebase vergibt eine zufällige Kennung. Wir erfahren weder Namen noch E-Mail noch Telefonnummer. Die Verbindung zu Firebase bedeutet auch, dass Google die IP-Adresse des Handys verarbeitet, wie bei jedem Internetdienst.
• Nur Handys, die mit dem Code beigetreten sind, können die gemeinsamen Daten lesen oder ändern. Der Code ist die Einladung — gib ihn nur an Personen weiter, die Liste und Plan sehen sollen.
• Favoriten, die Wahl „Das bin ich“ und deine Einstellungen bleiben auf jedem Handy und werden nicht geteilt.

Trennen. „Dieses Handy trennen“ behält eine Kopie von Liste und Plan auf deinem Handy und beendet die Synchronisierung. Die anderen Handys behalten die gemeinsame Kopie. Wenn eine gemeinsame Liste vollständig vom Server gelöscht werden soll, schreib uns (Kontakt unten) und nenne ihren Code.

Firebase wird von Google bereitgestellt, das diese Daten in unserem Auftrag verarbeitet: Datenschutz und Sicherheit in Firebase.

QR-Code-Scanner

Zum Scannen des Kopplungs-QR-Codes wird der Code-Scanner der Google Play-Dienste verwendet. Er läuft in den Google Play-Diensten, die die Kamera steuern; Planimo erhält nur den gelesenen Code und hat keine eigene Kamera-Berechtigung.

Erinnerungen

Erinnerungen an Aktivitäten werden auf dem Handy berechnet und über das Android-Wecksystem geplant, ohne Server. Bei einem gemeinsamen Plan berechnet jedes Handy seine eigenen Erinnerungen aus den gemeinsamen Aktivitäten.

Werbung (Google AdMob)

Die kostenlose Version zeigt Banner unten in der Einkaufsliste, in „Meine Listen“ und im Planer sowie native Anzeigen zwischen Produkten im Katalog. Ausgeliefert werden sie von Google AdMob. Dafür kann das AdMob-SDK erfassen und an Google senden:

• die Werbe-ID des Geräts (zurücksetzbar, nicht dein Name)
• den ungefähren Standort, den Google aus der IP-Adresse ableitet
• Interaktionen mit Anzeigen — dass eine Anzeige gezeigt und ob sie angetippt wurde
• Diagnosedaten zu Fehlern des SDK selbst

Die App übergibt dem Werbe-SDK nie deine Liste, deinen Plan, Personen oder Aktivitäten. Google ist für die Werbedaten eigenständig verantwortlich. Seine Richtlinien:

Einwilligung. Im EWR, im Vereinigten Königreich und in der Schweiz zeigt die App beim ersten Start ein von Google zertifiziertes Einwilligungsformular. Lehnst du personalisierte Werbung ab, siehst du weiterhin Anzeigen, aber nicht personalisierte. Du kannst deine Wahl jederzeit ändern: Einstellungen → Datenschutz für Werbung.

Werbe-ID zurücksetzen. Android erlaubt es, die Werbe-ID zurückzusetzen oder zu löschen: Einstellungen → Datenschutz → Werbung (der genaue Pfad hängt vom Hersteller ab).

Planimo Premium (Google Play)

Premium ist ein einmaliger Kauf über Google Play: keine Werbung und keine Begrenzung bei „Meine Listen“. Zahlungsdaten sehen wir nie — die App erfährt nur, ob Premium gekauft wurde. Der Kauf ist an dein Google-Konto gebunden und kommt nach einer Neuinstallation zurück. Mit Premium lädt die App keine Werbung und zeigt kein Einwilligungsformular.

App bewerten

Gelegentlich kann die App das Bewertungsfenster von Google Play öffnen. Google zeigt es an und verarbeitet die Bewertung; die App sendet nichts und erhält nichts zurück.

Es gibt keine Berechtigung für Standort, Kontakte, Mikrofon oder Kamera.

Keine Analyse, keine Absturzberichte

Außer dem Werbe-SDK und der freiwilligen Synchronisierung über Firebase enthält die App weder ein Analyse- noch ein Absturzbericht-SDK. Niemand — auch nicht der Entwickler — erhält Informationen darüber, wie du die App nutzt.

Android-Sicherung

Die Android-eigene Sicherung (Einstellungen → Google → Sicherung) kann die Daten dieser App verschlüsselt in dein Google Drive kopieren, zusammen mit anderen Apps. Das ist eine Funktion von Android, kein Versand durch die App: Die Daten landen in deinem eigenen Google-Konto und nur, wenn die Sicherung eingeschaltet ist. Du kannst sie in den Android-Einstellungen ausschalten.

Deine Rechte

Die Daten auf deinem Handy hast du selbst in der Hand: Lösche Einträge in der App oder deinstalliere sie. Für die gemeinsame Liste und den Plan in Firebase kannst du Auskunft oder Löschung verlangen — schreib an die Adresse unten und nenne den Code der Liste, denn nur über den Code lässt sie sich finden (wir speichern keine Namen oder E-Mails). Du hast außerdem das Recht, dich bei einer Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren.

Kinder

Planimo richtet sich an Eltern und andere Erwachsene, die die Aktivitäten von Kindern organisieren. Die App richtet sich nicht an Kinder, ist nicht Teil des Programms „Für Familien“ und enthält Werbung.

Änderungen

Wenn sich diese Erklärung ändert, ändert sich auch das Datum oben.
