Polityka prywatności

Jakie dane zbiera gra

Google może przetwarzać dane urządzenia, np. identyfikator reklamowy, przybliżoną lokalizację wynikającą z adresu IP i informacje o urządzeniu, zgodnie z polityką prywatności Google i zasadami reklam Google.

Zgoda na reklamy i odmowa

W Europejskim Obszarze Gospodarczym, Wielkiej Brytanii i Szwajcarii przed pierwszą reklamą gra pyta o zgodę przez formularz Google User Messaging Platform (certyfikowana platforma zgód zgodna z IAB TCF). Podstawą przetwarzania danych do reklam spersonalizowanych jest Twoja zgoda (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO).

Mieszkańcy stanów USA z przepisami o prywatności (m.in. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information).

Niezależnie od gry identyfikator reklamowy usuniesz albo zresetujesz w ustawieniach Androida (Ustawienia → Prywatność → Reklamy albo Ustawienia → Google → Reklamy).

Wiadomości marketingowe

Gra nie wysyła wiadomości marketingowych (e-mail, SMS, powiadomienia push), nie prowadzi newslettera i nie prosi o takie zgody.

Zakupy

Uprawnienia

Aplikacja korzysta z dostępu do internetu i informacji o stanie sieci wyłącznie do reklam, zakupów i okna oceny Google Play.

Twoje prawa

Masz też prawo złożyć skargę do organu nadzorczego — w Polsce do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl).

Kontakt

Pytania dotyczące prywatności: darekddev@gmail.com (także przycisk „Napisz do nas” w opcjach gry). Jeśli napiszesz, adresu e-mail i treści wiadomości używamy wyłącznie do odpowiedzi (art. 6 ust.

Effective 22 October 2026 · Android app “Tram Drift” (com.tram.drift) · publisher: Dariusz Drozd (ddmobile.pl)

Privacy policy

What data the game collects

The game requires no account and collects no personal data for its own purposes. Progress (records, stars, coins, purchased trams and effects, settings) is stored only locally on the device and is never sent to the publisher.

Advertising

The game shows ads served by Google AdMob: a banner on the level map and on the ride summary, an occasional interstitial after the summary, and rewarded ads that the player starts deliberately (saving the passengers, doubling coins, trying a tram or an effect). Google may process device data, such as the advertising ID, approximate location derived from the IP address and device information, under the Google Privacy Policy and Google advertising policies.

Ad consent and refusing it

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the game asks for consent through the Google User Messaging Platform form (a certified consent management platform compliant with IAB TCF) before the first ad. The legal basis for processing data for personalised ads is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You can refuse — with the “Do not consent” button, or by choosing only some purposes under “Manage options”. The game works the same, and Google shows non-personalised or limited ads. You can change or withdraw consent at any time with the “Ad privacy” button in the game options; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

Residents of US states with privacy laws (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah) can use the same “Ad privacy” button to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information for advertising (Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information).

Separately from the game, you can delete or reset the advertising ID in Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Settings → Google → Ads).

Marketing messages

The game sends no marketing messages (email, SMS, push notifications), runs no newsletter and asks for no such consent.

Purchases

The only real-money purchase is the one-time “Full version” (no ads, all trams and effects). Payment is handled by Google Play; the game receives only the purchase confirmation and never sees payment details. In-game coins cannot be bought for money.

Rating the game

The game may ask for a rating through the Google Play In-App Review window. The rating and review are processed by Google; the game is not told whether or how the player rated it.

Children

The game is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed at children.

Permissions

The app uses internet access and network state only for ads, purchases and the Google Play rating window.

Your rights

The publisher stores no personal data about players, so there is nothing to provide, correct or delete on the publisher's side. You can delete your game progress by uninstalling the game or clearing its data in Android settings. Rights regarding data processed by Google (access, deletion, objection) are exercised with Google: myaccount.google.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl), or the authority in your country.

Contact

Privacy questions: darekddev@gmail.com (also the “Contact us” button in the game options). If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and keep them no longer than needed; the controller of this data is Dariusz Drozd (ddmobile.pl).
